RUST AND BONE: REVIEW

Edith Piaf gets her legs bitten off by Free Willy but rediscovers her will to live after meeting with a Belgian Rocky Balboa, with whom she helps organise Fight Clubs.
A hokey melodramatic sheep dressed up in social realist wolf’s clothing. Great performances, down and dirty sense of place, the South of France seen from the margins, but ludicrous coincidences a go-go don’t bear more than three minutes thinking.
